I started Escala Digital because IT, web design, and software services should be accessible to every kind of business, and every kind of person whether they're just starting up, growing their business, or been established for years.
As a wheelchair user living with multiple disabilities, I know the barriers to building and keeping a career — so the best team I can build is one where people get the chance to be brilliant, wherever that talent happens to come from.
Small and mid-sized businesses get sold either a call centre or a consultancy. One doesn’t know your setup; the other won’t stay to support what it built. Both cost more than the work required.
One company that does both halves, with specialists in each, prices in public, and puts the person who built the thing on the other end of the phone. Nothing is subcontracted out of sight.
